In partnership with the Kelly(25%), Malleghan(25%), Pierse(25%), McCormacks(25%), Quarter 3 2006 saw the opening of the beautiful Carton House under management contract with Choice Hotels. Located just 20km west of Dublin city centre, Carton boasts a lavish new hotel, meeting/event venues, state-of-the-art health spa and two stunning golf courses designed by Montgomerie and O'M eara. The courses were home to the 2004 and 2005 AIB Amateur Open Championship and the 2005 and 2006 Nissan Irish Open. In Carton, old and new converge to evoke an individual charm not to be found elsewhere in the country.

Tulfarris Hotel & Golf Resort
In 2004, the Kelly family, together with some minority investors, acquired Tulfarris Hotel & Golf Resort. Since acquiring the resort, Tulfarris has been undergoing a major redevelopment programme, which will continue over the coming year.
On completion, Tulfarris will be more than just a hotel, golf and leisure resort.
