Who are we?

Redquartz Developments is located in Dublin, Ireland. Headed by Patrick (Paddy) Kelly, we have over 40 years experience in property development and consultancy in Ireland, Europe and the USA.

Our philosophy is all about partnerships that offer access to expertise and resources in addition to reducing the risk profile of individual projects.

We have extensive experience in the creation and development of mixed-use developments. Recent projects include: Clarion Quay, Smithfield Market, the new O2 Head Office – Sir John Rogerson’s Quay, National College of Ireland in the IFSC (all Ireland), Pragelato Village Resort (Italy) and Sarasota Bayside (Florida, USA).

Current Projects

Bray Golf Club Redevelopment
The brief was to create a new commercial zone in the Bray Town Centre to include a shopping centre that follows the new shopping models. We have designed a river walkway, new civic spaces, a strong leisure element, hotel, offices, apartments, GAA playing field and a linear park. Find out more »

Our aim was to create a world-class 5-star location for the Turin 2006 Winter Olympics. Pragelato is located in the heart of the world famous Milky Way Ski area and a strong emphasis has been placed on the design and quality of construction.
