From the 1980’s to 2007 Redquartz was one of the largest developers in Ireland. The group was led by Paddy Kelly and Simon Kelly, along with David Kelly and Christopher Kelly. Over the decades Redquartz was joined by various partners including the Flynn, McCormack, Brady, Linder and Lydon families to create new commercial, residential and office developments.
